DIY Christmas gifts (THM Style) with free printable

Do you have friends and family who also love THM? How fun would it be to give them something THM friendly for Christmas this year? Or maybe a birthday or a "just because" gift! Or perhaps you want to make some of this THM friendly, shelf stable creamer for yourself. I couldn't decide if I should call this "creamer" or "flavoring." I would say you could call it either! There's no need to add anything else to your coffee or tea, but it doesn't turn your drink a lighter color like a traditional creamer does. I like to add a little cashew milk to my coffee along with this. If you want an extra creamy (S) coffee treat, add some Half and Half along with this. Oh my, is that delicious! I am especially fond of the peppermint mocha version, it's so flavorful, and sweet! Peppermint Mocha is my all time favorite coffee flavor! Feel free to switch out the peppermint flavor for another. I like to have this on hand because sometimes I'm out of my favorite creamer in the fridge.

Not only is this delicious, it is full of healthy ingredients, AND is a Fuel Pull! For the Toffee Almond Flavoring you will need:

1/4 cup Brown Swerve (or equivalent on plan brown sugar alternative)

1/8 cup THM Gentle Sweet (or equivalent alternative)

1/8 cup collagen

1/4 cup THM protein powder (or your favorite THM friendly protein powder)

1/4 tsp. + 1/8 tsp. Almond Extract

1/2 tsp. refined coconut oil, melted

1/4 tsp. powdered Sunflower Lecithin

Place all ingredients in blender, and blend. It should stay a powder. This makes a touch over 3/4 cup of powdered creamer. One batch fits perfect for me in one of these cute jars I got for under $2 at Hobby Lobby.

For the Peppermint Mocha (my favorite!) version you will need:

1/8 cup collagen

1/4 cup THM protein powder

1 Tbsp. cocoa powder

1/4 cup THM Gentle Sweet

1/4 tsp. powdered Sunflower Lecithin

1/2 tsp. melted, refined coconut oil

1/4 tsp. + 1/8 tsp. peppermint extract

Store in an air tight container. 

I like to add a heaping 2 Tbsp. to my coffee because I like a little coffee with my creamer. 😉
