Salted Caramel Frappe THM-FP

 

You won't miss sugar ridden coffee house drinks once you get a taste of this!

I use a single serve blender to make this quick coffee house inspired drink. To the blender, add a generous one cup of unsweetened cashew or almond milk, 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese (don't worry- if you don't like cottage cheese, you would never know it's in there, it makes it creamy and provides protein), 1/2 packet instant coffee (depending on how strong you want it), 1/2 tsp. caramel flavoring, 2 Tbsp. Gentle Sweet (use this conversion chart if using a different sweetener), one large pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp. Glucomannon (optional, but this has many health benefits and will help keep you full longer), and one cup of ice. Blend until smooth.
