I lost weight eating chocolate covered waffles for breakfast!

One thing I've noticed on the THM Facebook pages is that a lot of people have trouble coming up with E and FP meals, whereas S meals seem easier to put together. I would like to highlight one FP meal I  enjoyed very often during my 50 pound weight loss, and still enjoy often. The chocolate peanut butter and chocolate syrup are easy to mix up, and keep in the fridge to use as needed.

This is one of my favorite breakfasts! It's even a THM FP (Fuel Pull, which means low fat AND low carb)! This is the recipe I use for the waffles (I sometimes make them in to pancakes, too). I do eliminate the Baobab powder, and reduce the milk by one Tbsp. I then top with My Montana Kitchen's Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Handy Chocolate Syrup from THM's cookbook. Finish it off with a dollop of Fat Free Reddi Wip (okay to use in small amounts), and you'll have a delicious and very filling meal. This is one of the reasons THM works for me, I don't feel deprived at all when I get to eat meals like this!
